Welcome to Shop By RAE. Throughout this website, the terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to Shp By RAE LLC. 

By visiting our website and /or purchasing from us, you agree to the following Terms of Service. 

Products and Orders

We make every effort to display product descriptions, textures, lengths, colors, and pricing as accurately as possible. Because raw hair is a natural product, slight variations in color, wave pattern, texture, or appearance may occur between bundles. 

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders affected by pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, or proudct availability. 

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before submititng payment.

Preorders

All Preorder sales are final. 

Once a preorder has been placed and payment has been submitted, no refunds, cancellations, exchanges, or order changes will be accepted. 

Preorder products are specially ordered according to customer purchases. By completing a preorder, you acknowledge and agree to the preorder processing and timeframe listed on the product page. 

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. 

Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed. 

Available payment methods may include major debit/credit cards, Shop Pay, and any additional payment providers displayed at checkout.

Shipping

Shipping and processing times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. 

Shop By RAE is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accuarate shipping address. 

Final Sale / Returns

Certain products, icluding preorder items may be final sale. 

for hygiene and product-integrity reasons, hair that has been installed, worn, washed, cut, colored, chemically treated, altered, or removed from its original condition may not be eligible for return or exchange. 

Any approved return or exchange must comply with the Return & Refund policy displayed on our website.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including the Shop By RAE name, logos, branding, graphics, photographs, product descriptions, designs, and other original content, may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission from Shop By RAE LLC.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Shop By RAE LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website. 

Nothing in thrse Terms limits any rights that cannot be legally excluded under applicable law.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this website.

Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Shop BY RAE. 

Processing Time

Shop By RAE currently does not have any ready-to-ship orders. All products are to be preordered only. 

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Business days do not include weekends, or federal holidays. 

Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time

Shipping

Orders are shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout. 

Preorders take around 2 weeks minimum before your order is shipped, please order your product in a timely manner. 

Estimated delivery dates provided by shipping carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Once your order is shipping tracking information will be sent using the email address, or phone number provided at checkout. 

Please allow tracking information to update after your shipping label is created. 

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address before completing checkout. 

Shop By RAE is not responsible for packages delivered to an address incorrectly entered by the customer. 

If you notice an address error, contact us immediately at raelhc@shopbyraelhc.com

Adress changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has been shipped. 

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by that carrier. 

If tracking shows that your package is delayed, missing, or delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier and then contact Shop By RAE at raelhc@shopbyraehc.com so we can assist with available next steps. 

Shop by RAE does not guarantee reimbursment for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier. 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect item or your order arrives damages, contact us at raelhc@shopbyraelhc.com within 48 hours of the delivery.

• Your full name 
• Photograph or video showing the issue
• A description of the problem 

Do not install, wash, cut, color, or alter the. hair before contacting us regarding an order issue.
